One of my favorite things about working at the Langham Huntington Pasadena is that they treat both their guests and vendors like family. With such a friendly and welcoming staff, you feel right at home from the moment you enter the doors of their grand hotel.
They recently decided to launch a Heritage at Heart series in order to honor their local community and charities. Yesterday, they kicked off the series with the Sunset & Symphony event in their horseshoe garden. The guests enjoyed a night of food, mingling, and music from the Pasadena Symphony & Pops. Ten percent of the proceeds from the event also went to Pasadena's Union Station Homeless Services.
With long tables set up in the shape of a horseshoe (like the garden name) and food served family style, it looked like one big Thanksgiving dinner. Though a lot of the guests were meeting each other for the first time, they seemed like old friends reconnecting as they shared stories and ate the many courses of delicious food.
Thank you Langham for letting me shoot this event for you. It was an honor to witness the start of your Heritage at Heart series, and I love working with a venue that values making a difference in the community.
Special thank you to the vendors!
