DoubleTree Monrovia Wedding | Vivian + Lawrence

Before I book a wedding with a couple, I have to meet with them for a client consultation. During this meeting, I usually answer any questions they might have regarding my wedding packages. I know I've found a T.Wu Couple when the first time I meet them feels like hanging out with friends rather than a meeting.

Usually my client consultations are about an hour or less. When I met Vivian and Lawrence, the meeting went on for almost 2 hours because it felt like I was catching up with old friends. They are genuinely kind individuals who are interested in getting to know you, and I'm so glad that I met them.

Their wedding day couldn't have been more perfect. They fully trusted all of my suggestions for photography, and ended up with so many gorgeous portraits and photos. At the start of the day, Vivian had a box ready with all of her details ready for me to shoot. I love that both the girls and guys had robes-- I was laughing looking through my second shooter's photos of the guys.

They opted for a first look, so we were able to capture a TON of bride and groom portraits at the Arboretum. We also captured the bridal party portraits, so that their friends could party as soon as the ceremony was over. I loved working with them on their photography timeline since we scheduled time to shoot the untouched ceremony and reception details before all the guests came. I was also able to squeeze in a second set of portraits with Vivian and Lawrence following the ceremony.

Thank you so much Vivian and Lawrence for trusting me with your big day, and being an amazing T.Wu Couple! I had a lot of fun working with you both, and hope you have an amazing honeymoon :)
